They are pretty cheap, reliable, have a good selection of locations and have a great app for android that lets you setup a connection fairly effortlessly.

In Indonesia I could not access Reddit, instead I was given a page that said the site had been blocked by a governement ministary because it fails to reach standards for decency. The government in Hong-kong didn’t have such reservations and let me access the information freely.
